We offer flexible financing options for borrowers in need of short and longer-term loans. Our terms typically range from 12-24 months to as long as 60 months.

LCC also offers borrowers technical assistance in the form of financial structuring and construction management and oversight. Our construction department is one of the most experienced in the industry, and has decades of experience with historic buildings.
